Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
Overloading the product
Glass damage
Non-stick coating
Wear parts
Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly.
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.
